Job Description:
Title: Technical Lead - Service ManagementClearance: TS/SCI with
a CI polygraphResponsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews enterprise
architecture deliverables
- Direct and participate in high-level enterprise architecture
analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and
development
- Apply high-level business and technical principles and methods
to very difficult technical problems to arrive at creative
engineering solutions
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions
of problems
- Understand, embrace, and implement IC business transformation,
processes, and structures
- Develop and tailor architecture briefings and responses to DNI,
OMB and other senior IC executives
- Utilize extensive knowledge to develop and execute the
enterprise architecture, transition plans, services, strategies and
roadmaps
- Liaise with external organizations to gain knowledge with other
enterprise architecturesRequirements:
- Doctorate degree in a STEM-related technical field with 8 years
of relevant experience; master's degree with 10 years of related
experience, bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience,
associate's degree with 14 years of experience, or high school
diploma with 16 years of experience
- GSE, CISA, GCIH, or CISSP required
- TS/SCI with a CI polygraph
