Greets, guides and manages patients and visitors throughout the
campus. * Act as the primary contact for patients, visitors and
staff. * Works closely with our courier services, security, staff
and leadership within the building/campus. * Level one support and
point person in partnership with our leadership, facilities and
support services team for property issues. * Assist with customer
service requests. * Maintains lobby area including and escalates
issues accordingly. * Strong team player with solid organizational
skills. * Exceptional service skills with excellent written and
verbal communication skills. * Some sitting and standing.
Approximately 75% standing or walking. * Performs other related
assigned duties as needed. Experience Required * One year
experience of general office, healthcare and/or hospitality. * Must
have basic computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite applications. * Excellent oral and written communications
skills. Education Requirements High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred Special Requirements Attention to
detail and strong organization skills Exceptional service skills
and ability to connect with people at all levels within the
organization.
