Details Job Details: Our Tech Services company is seeking a
Permanent Senior Battery Scientist who is passionate about
developing cutting-edge battery technology. This role provides an
exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our innovative team,
working on high-impact projects that contribute to the future of
energy storage and renewable technology. You will be part of a
dynamic, cross-functional team that is dedicated to making a
difference in the field of sustainable energy. Responsibilities: As
a Senior Battery Scientist, your responsibilities will include: 1.
Leading the development of new battery technologies, including the
design, testing, and optimization of battery materials and systems.
2. Conducting in-depth research on battery performance, durability,
safety, and cost-effectiveness. 3. Collaborating with the
engineering team to integrate new battery technologies into product
designs. 4. Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior
scientists and engineers. 5. Developing and implementing strategies
for intellectual property protection in the field of battery
technology. 6. Presenting research findings to stakeholders and at
industry conferences. 7. Staying up-to-date with the latest
advancements in battery technology and identifying opportunities
for innovation. 8. Ensuring all work is conducted in compliance
with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: The
ideal candidate for the Senior Battery Scientist position will have
the following qualifications: 1. A PhD in Materials Science,
Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 2. At least 5
years of experience in battery research and development, preferably
in a leadership role. 3. Extensive knowledge of battery science,
including the properties of battery materials and the principles of
battery operation. 4. Proven track record of developing new battery
technologies and bringing them to market. 5. Strong analytical
skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. 6.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex
technical concepts to a non-technical audience. 7. Experience with
intellectual property protection in the field of battery
technology. 8. A passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to
