Attorney – Lateral Partner Location: Fairfax County, VA We are
actively seeking a Lateral Partner with a portable book of business
to join our well-established and growing team in Fairfax County,
Virginia . This is a unique opportunity to step into a
collaborative, fully in-office environment where your practice will
be supported by a strong infrastructure and a team of highly
respected attorneys. Key Practice Areas of Interest Include:
Government Finance (priority interest) Commercial Real Estate
Corporate Litigation Labor & Employment Trusts & Estates (Other
aligned practice areas also welcome) Position Highlights: Fully
in-office collaborative team culture Reasonable billable target of
1800 hours Tiered bonus structure beginning at 1900 hours Flexible
origination credit structure and marketing support Strong
reputation in the Virginia legal market Ideal Candidate: JD and
active membership in the Virginia Bar Minimum of 6 years of
experience in private practice Proven ability to generate and
maintain client relationships A portable book of business ($500K
preferred for partner-level consideration) Interest in growing
their practice within a stable, forward-thinking firm This is an
