As an experience designer, you have can put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage. We’re looking for someone creative like you to craft the ultimate user experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an agile team, you’ll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including design, front and back-end development, prototyping, data visualization, prototyping, client interface and delivery. Your experience will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work. You Have: Experience with Front End Architecture, such as InVision, Sketch, User Experience (UX) design, User Interface (UI) design, User Interface Prototyping, web design, Node, VSCode, Git, Python, Anaconda, and React Experience with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design Knowledge of end-to-end development Ability to display a portfolio showcasing a range of web design and development competencies Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience with web design and development, or 7 years of experience with web design and development in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and XD Experience with delivering, supporting, and marketing the design components of communications strategies to the federal government Experience with 3D products in Web Environment Knowledge of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards Knowledge of Section 508 compliance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
