Transformation - Remote (Summer 2026) What You Will Do Lets do
this. Lets change the world. Operations Transformation and Digital
Strategy (OTDS) improves business performance across Amgen
Operations by scaling CI 2.0Continuous Improvement and Artificial
Intelligence. We partner with Operations to deliver sustained
business improvements through execution excellence. About This
Role: This role will support the execution and value validation of
an Operations transformation pilot. You will focus on translating
strategic intent into clear ways of working that deliver measurable
business outcomes. In this role, you will develop practical skills
in Continuous Improvement by applying CI 2.0 methodologies. You
will gain hands-on experience to design and pilot AI-enabled tools.
Successfully scaling pilots by producing reusable assets that
support teams execution transformation work across Operations. Key
Responsibilities: Identifybaseline and targets for other pilot
opportunities. Translating business needs into solutions that
streamline process improvements, improve decision-making, and
deliver strong data analytics. Enable data exploration
andreadiness. Review diverse financial datasets to frame problems
around measurable outcomes connecting improvements to business
impact. Support fast-paced teamsperformingrapidanalysis onfinance,
supply, and other operational metricdatato uncover insights/actions
andvisualization tools. Assistin solution iteration based on
end-user feedback. Ensuring solutions are practical, gain adoption,
and align with evolving businessobjectives. Translate complex and
technical analysis into leadership-ready insights, providing
recommendations to key stakeholders. Effectively communicate
technical concepts to non-technical audiences, fostering impactful
communication skills. Leverage AI to enhance, simplify, and
accelerate process innovation. What We Expect of You We are all

these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Amgen requires that all
individuals applying for an undergrad internship or a co-op
assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria: 18 years or
older Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors Degree program
from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or
equivalent Completion of one year of study from an accredited
college or university prior to the internship commencing Enrolled
in a full-time Bachelors degree program following the potential
internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or
university Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Student must be located in the United States for the duration of
the internship or co-op Preferred Qualifications Degree
concentration inFinance or Data Science. Experience with AI/basic
ML concepts (AI prototyping, prompt engineering, model evaluation,
and automation of workflows). Familiarity with data tools (Power
BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel advanced analytics). What You Can Expect of

pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $24.70 - $28.30.
