As an HVAC Service Technician at AllTech, you are trusted to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems—including high-efficiency and emerging technologies —with precision and professionalism. What We Expect From You 3 years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls Confidence working independently and representing the company in the field Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments If you cut corners, this isn’t the place.
