its customers. Equifax is seeking a Technical Product Owner Manager
who is a master at bridging the desires of the customer and the
capabilities of our technology, removing barriers to software
development and leading their team through the execution of the
roadmap. You and your team will be responsible for grooming the
product backlog, providing insight into technical requirements of
individual stories and creating a more efficient user experience.
This position works from either our office in Alpharetta or Midtown
with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. (This is
NOT a fully-remote role.) What you will do: You will be a leader of
your Product Owners, play a pivotal role in the strategy/execution
of the roadmap and be responsible for executing and updating
leadership within technology and the Mortgage business unit. Your
team will serve as the conduit between user needs, technical
capabilities, and engineering requirements by developing these into
roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development
team. You will lead the backlog refinement of features and user
stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint
deadlines You will work with others on a day-to-day basis to help
make decisions on what is in scope and provide input into
functional decisions. You will have daily interaction with the
teams building the products. You will focus on product level
impediments and process changes to enable faster and higher quality
software You will coordinate with business customers to conduct
product integration testing Key Responsibilities Preparation and
Participation in PI Planning Program Backlog What experience you
need: BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent
job experience required 7 years’ in experience managing product
backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams in a Product
Owner / Manager capacity Mortgage industry experience is not
required, but highly preferred Experience managing direct reports
is required Experience working at a large company with multiple
partners in a global setting with varying level of needs Experience
with Product & Technology Roadmap development through influence of
key business and technology partners to identify business
