Project Manager, Instructional Services Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Project Manager, Instructional Services for a contract position in Drive Reston, VI(100% remote). The opportunity will be five months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: Application review will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. The hiring process generally includes: resume and application submission, recruiter phone/video screen, hiring manager interview, performance exercise, panel interview, conversation with leadership, and reference checks. Position Summary: Facilitate workflows and provide project management and coordination across the project portfolio. Coordinate schedules and timelines for development, pre-production, production, and post-production. Verify all team members remain informed of incremental milestones and project deadlines. Maintain detailed documentation of project status and review processes. Propose workflows that satisfy constraints of timelines, scope, and deadlines. Provide workflow support to the team to deliver on project milestones. Lead quality control checks of content and implement fixes for editing and design errors. Manage communications for committee members and engage in ongoing support. Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement by collaborating with project leads. Coordinate with the product management team to ensure alignment of system testing and development timelines. Goal 1: Assist with development and delivery of series to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate onboarding and ongoing workflow with instructors and team. Develop and manage schedules and adjust timelines based on coordination with teams. Schedule and coordinate meetings and trainings, edits, and QCs across departments. Assist with delivering and maintaining quality control protocols for all assets and materials. Goal 2: Assist with development and delivery of manuals to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with instructors, team, contingent workers, and vendors. Develop and manage schedules and adjust timelines based on coordination with teams. Schedule and coordinate meetings and trainings, edits, and QCs across departments. Assist with delivering and maintaining quality control protocols for all assets and ancillaries. Goal 3: Assist with development and delivery of new resources for new and revised courses. Coordinate with instructors, team, contingent workers, and vendors. Develop and manage production schedules and adjust timelines based on coordination with teams. Schedule and coordinate meetings and trainings, edits, and QCs across departments. Assist with delivering and maintaining quality control protocols for all assets and ancillaries. Goal 4: Create and manage processes to enhance workflows for timely resource delivery. Develop and execute communication plans and correspond with contingent workers. Report project progress to stakeholders in weekly/quarterly updates. Document processes and implement automation to communicate workflows and project progress. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in project management. Excellent problem-solving and planning skills, including high attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Fluency with project management software, spreadsheets, and tools. Flexibility to meet timelines and deliverables. Availability to travel to attend scheduled meetings (up to 8 a year). Midlevel, 4–5-year project manager with superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and time management. Experience using Smartsheet, Salesforce, and all MS Office tools.
