• Design and develop applications on a global shared ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow workflow tools.
• Develop, present, and defend solution designs.
• Write automated test scripts for application testing prior to deployment and regression testing.
• Create application security threat models to ensure secure solution design.
• Stay updated with new features, updates, and best practices in ServiceNow development.
• Collaborate with other developers, iteration managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Required technical and professional expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Active ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Application Developer (CAD), and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, including catalog items, flows/workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and notifications.
  • Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and Service Portal interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices for development, configuration, testing, and deployment across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom modules.
  • Ability to design and implement data models, access control rules (ACLs), and integration interfaces (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Servers).
  • Experience with Agile development processes and tools like ATF for regression testing and defect identification.
  • Skilled in preparing and maintaining technical test plans for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance from the US federal government.Preferred technical and professional experience
    • Ability to document solutions and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, and administrators in an Agile environment.
