youll be doing: We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our
dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) team, with a primary focus on Sales and
Marketing recruitment. In this high-impact role, you’ll be
instrumental in scaling a world-class GTM organization—an essential
part of our growth strategy. You’ll partner closely with hiring
managers and business leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment while
delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is an exciting
opportunity for a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and loves building strong teams. As a Sr Recruiter,
you’ll: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles,
with flexibility to support other business functions as needed.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create
target profiles, and build strategic hiring plans. Design and
execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Ensure
a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring
managers. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, offering
market insights and guidance on hiring best practices. Collaborate
with internal stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes and
drive continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in
Sales and/or Marketing recruitment, ideally within a high-growth or
fast-paced environment. A passion for sourcing passive candidates
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the
organization. Strong project and time management skills—able to
juggle multiple roles and priorities with ease. A sharp eye for
detail when managing candidate pipelines and documentation. A
passion for technology and staying on top of emerging industry
