Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Washington, DC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,430 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of ER experience License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state Certifications: NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS & ACLS Required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN highly desired; travel experience preferred Description: The Emergency Room is a fast-paced environment that treats a wide variety of patients. Emergency Room nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes. Patients range from urgent care and simple procedures to psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care or trauma patients. Nurses coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.
