Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Local
Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) for our facility
in Willingboro, New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to
work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, where you will play
a critical role in delivering exceptional care to patients with
complex, acute, or chronic illnesses. As a part of our team, you

your professional growth and development. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms
or changes in patients' conditions. Interact with various
healthcare professionals to foster effective collaboration. Oversee
and direct less experienced nurses and healthcare staff. Prepare
patients and assist with patient examinations and therapies.
Administer medications and treatments to patients and monitor
outcomes. Proficient in using hospital management software and
electronic health records (EHR). Strong clinical skills with
attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Leadership skills to guide and direct team members. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Basic
Life Support (BLS) certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
