experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Johnson Center
Nursing team. This is a unique opportunity to elevate your

community that combines residential homes, spacious apartments, and
three high-quality healthcare residences. As Nurse Manager, you
will: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing team,
fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence. Oversee
nursing operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and
innovative care practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams, residents, and families to enhance outcomes and elevate care
standards. Take ownership of leadership development opportunities,
positioning yourself for advancement within a growing, prestigious
senior living organization. What You Bring: Active RN license in
Virginia Proven Long Term Care experience in CCRC, Assisted Living,
Memory Support, Skilled Nursing/Rehab, or Nursing Home settings
Strong supervisory and clinical leadership experience Knowledge of
Virginia Nursing and Assisted Living regulations Proficiency with
MDS, care planning, PCC, EMR, and MS Office Exceptional
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for
mentoring and developing staff to their full potential Dedication
to compassionate, integrity-driven resident care Salary: $90,000 –

officers who met regularly for breakfast at Andrews Air Force Base.
One day they had a great idea; The Washington, D.C. area should
have a military retirement community. They formed the Air Force
Retired Officers Community (AFROC) and began a ten-year journey to
make their dream a reality. The original Board of Directors visited
communities across the country to determine what would constitute
the ideal retirement community. They secured financing, the perfect
site, and commissioned the design and construction. Falcons Landing
was completed in 1996 and the community is everything the Founders
dreamed it would be and more! We are proud to say we have been
