Job Description Job Description Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant - In-Home Health Evaluations We're hiring independent contractor NPs or PAs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.
