Emergency Room Nurse Manager Shift: Full-Time - Day and Evening
Shift Available • No Weekends Sign On Bonus: $15,000 Why You’ll

experienced RN Emergency Room Manager to lead high-performing teams
in a fast-paced emergency department. You’ll play a critical role
in ensuring exceptional patient care, supporting staff growth, and
optimizing operations—without weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily emergency department operations in
collaboration with leadership. Plan staffing and resources to
ensure quality care during peak times. Mentor, interview, hire, and
evaluate nursing staff; maintain training and competencies. Drive
continuous improvement through policy development and review of
unit standards. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure
seamless patient experiences. Support onboarding and orientation of
new hires, students, and volunteers. Qualifications RN license in
Virginia or multi-state compact eligibility (required). Associate’s
degree or diploma in nursing (required); BSN preferred or in
progress. BLS certification (required); ACLS, TNCC, and PALS
certifications (or ability to obtain). Leadership experience in
