Must have active state license BC or BE required Weekdays, Days,
Call, Weekend call ACLS and BLS required 10 - 15 patients per day
in clinic, 10 - 12 procedures on procedure day Standard endoscopy
procedures Credentialing needed DEA needed We negotiate better pay
