TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Camden, New Jersey. Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit ~ Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Critical Care/ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Critical Care/ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Our facility features four intensive care units, each specializing in different areas of critical care: K3: 16-bed Neuro Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for stroke, post-neuro intervention, and neurosurgery patients. P10: 24-bed Level 1 Trauma Surgical ICU for Level 1 trauma surgical/interventional patients. K4: 30-bed Cardiovascular Surgery and Medical ICU for open heart surgery and medical intensive care patients. K5: 13-bed Cardiac Care Unit for cardiac medical and post-cardiac catheterization patients. All units maintain a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, which may adjust based on patient acuity and stability. Weekends only (Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday), 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Holidays: Required to work every other holiday. Cancellation Policy: Facility can cancel 1 shift bi-weekly (per pay period) without penalty. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of critical care acute care experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital. Active New Jersey RN license is mandatory. Vaccination: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with one booster required. Floating: Must be willing to float to all like units and may be assigned to intermediate units on other floors, where the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3-4 depending on acuity. There will be no on-unit orientation. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
