Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Camden, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is urgently seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a state of the art health care system in Camden, NJ. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12: 7pm - 7am. /n - Review inpatient records, including admission orders, patient history, physical exams, pulmonary function test results, arterial blood gases, and lab data. /n /n - Perform patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory therapy and document findings in the medical record. /n /n - Set up, operate, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment according to physician orders and departmental protocols. /n /n - Administer prescribed therapeutic procedures to maintain proper oxygenation and airway management, including humidification. /n /n - Obtain and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs) in accordance with physician orders and facility policy. /n /n - /n /n Job Requirements: /n - 2 years of clinical experience. /n - RRT Respiratory Therapist license. /n - National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registry. /n - BLS and ACLS Certification Required. /n /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
