Responsibilities: Essential Duties Assist in contracting functions
to ensure consistent, timely and accurate processing of all
contract related documents across all sale organizations. Review,
scrub and seek approvals on all membership activations and shepherd
applicable processes. Manage daily contract chargeback operations,
distributor inquiries and membership related items ensuring
contractual requirements are met. Support the contract
administration of new products. Collaborate with internal and
external customers to provide superior customer service and quality
assurance support regarding terms, pricing and membership. Plan and
execute reporting enhancements that improve better business
practices. Maintain, track and recording of declaration letters.
Analyze and cleanse contract master data to support continuous
improvement. Strategize and implement contracting processes and
policies with B.Braun's business needs, strategic direction and
rapidly changing industry demands. The job function listed is not

by the Manager/Supervisor from time to time. General: It shall be

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills Requires full working knowledge of

Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them

Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned
goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or
reviewing the work of other peers. Judgement is required in
resolving all day-to-day problems. Contacts are primarily with
department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional

Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education
and experience. 04-06 years related experience required. Regular
and predictable attendance Occasional business travel required
