Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:ED - Emergency Department - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/14/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type:Travel 4 12 hour shifts - 48 hours a week Must be available to work weekends Float Requirements: within specialty, possibly to ED hold. Holiday: Typically does not schedule contractors on Holidays in the ED but can change due to census. NO Block Scheduling/Special requests Three (3) years of recent ED experience required. BSN Travel experience required(completed at least one contract assignment) Certification/Licensure: - Current licensure withNew JerseyState Board of Nursing. - American Heart AssociationBLSrequired. - American Heart AssociationACLSrequired within 6 months of hire. - American Heart AssociationPALSrequired within 6 months of hire. - NIHSS - Critical Care Course within 1 year (or 2 years CC experience or current CEN). - Completion of the Trauma Nurse Core Courses taught by the Emergency Nurses Association within 12 months of initial assignment or followed by a minimum of 8 contact hours of education every two (2) years in trauma assessment, intervention, and stabilization. - National Certification in specialty area preferred.
