Manager (RN) | Details and Compensation: Location: York, PA – 100%
on site Covering primarily Lancaster County, with flexibility to
support York County as needed Payrate: $56.14/hr mileage Required
Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Field Hospice Case
Manager (RN) | Summary and Highlights: The Field Hospice Case
Manager (RN) will be providing home-based services across Central
Pennsylvania. This is your chance to make a powerful impact in
patients’ homes across Lancaster and York Counties, with no weekend
or on-call obligations and a predictable weekday schedule. This
position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on
permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
