Analysis (ABA) therapy across Maryland. Our mission is to offer
value-driven clinical services by utilizing a naturalistic model of
ABA therapy that focuses on play-based, child-led strategies. When,
Where, and What You’ll Earn: When: Session are typically 2-3 hours
and occur mostly between 3 - 8pm on weekdays Three hours of weekend
availability preferred but not required Where: Sessions take place
in the child’s home, community, or school What You’ll Earn: $25.00
- $30.00 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications
Day in the life as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT ®) :
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA
®) , you’ll engage in rewarding healthcare work, implementing
behavior plans, collecting data, and supporting clients' skill
development. You’ll collaborate with caregivers as a team to
address clients' needs and maintain accurate documentation, all
while demonstrating empathy and patience. This role involves
supporting clients through various activities, including potty
training and managing mild to moderate behaviors. It's a role where
every day brings new challenges and smiles—definitely good for
those who like to roll up their sleeves, play, educate, and change

Diploma (or equivalent) required Minimum 18 years of age Valid
driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children
achieve their individualized goals Experience flexing your approach
with children through connection and engagement Capable of working
independently and thriving in a feedback-driven environment Ability
to stand, sit, run, lift up to 30 libs and perform CPR if necessary
Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for
a minimum of six months post-placement. Completion or proof of
completion of the 40-Hour RBT course (or ability to complete this
