Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Providing
one-to-one nursing care in a home environment Taking direction from
clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse Following
the plan of care Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Valid New Jersey
LPN License or Multistate License Physical from within three years
PPD or Chest X-Ray Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not
online) Valid driver's license G-tube, trach, vent experience or
