focus to the business.SummaryThe Regional Lead Radiologic
Technologist is tasked with providing regional radiology oversight
for the PM Pediatrics offices within their region of
responsibility. This oversight includes, but is not limited to,
conducting QC/QA, maintaining regulatory compliance, providing
education, working clinically as a Radiologic Technologist in the
urgent care setting, and promoting quality
imaging.DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvide regional radiology
oversight for applicable region of responsibility, traveling to
each site, as appropriate.Maintain compliance with state
regulations. I.e., equipment inspection/certification. Must be
present for all state inspections, both scheduled and
unscheduled.Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and
procedures.Conduct QA/QC, per policy.Assist radiographers in
navigating the radiology specific portions of the onboarding
process.Conduct ongoing competency evaluations, based on PM
requirements.Assist in the development/roll out of educational
initiatives.Provide education to support staff/providers, fostering
quality imaging.Monitor equipment for damage or disarray,
contacting service, as appropriate.Keep record of all equipment
repairs.Maintain employee dosimeters, fetal dosimeters, control
dosimeters, and holding dosimeters.Review all dosimeter reports
with the RSO.Monitor for timely renewal of applicable employee
licenses. I.e., ARRT license, state license, limited radiographer
license.Adhere to the clinical/administrative ratio associated with
your position, as set forth by Radiology Leadership.Adhere to call
requirement, as set forth by Radiology Leadership.Perform clinical
duties of a radiologic technologist in an urgent care setting.
These include, but are not limited to, obtaining quality
radiographs, basic lab testing, obtaining vital signs, and patient
triage.Other duties, as appropriate.IND123QualificationsPM

Graduate of a JRCERT approved (or equivalent) program in Radiologic
Technology. Possesses valid ARRT certification in radiography,
RT(R). Possesses a valid state license as a radiographer, where
applicable. Previous radiology leadership experience preferred, but
not required Demonstrates a professional and friendly demeanor.
Exhibits strong communication skills. Capable of multi-tasking in a
fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills.
Comfortable with computers, to include, Microsoft Office, PACS, and
EMRs. Willing to learn various types of medical software.
Pediatrics experience preferred, but not required.If you like wild
