*We are growing! HomeCare Maryland is looking for home care RNs to perform admissions and other visits as needed in the following territories: Baltimore County or Baltimore City. Functions as primary clinical liaison between patients and physicians.*Essential Functions:** Completes the admission process appropriately for skilled services per regulatory standards and per the policies and procedures of HomeCare Maryland.
