Our robust training program allows staff members to develop and grow in the position and provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency.*Responsibilities of the Therapist** Provide supportive therapy and substance abuse counseling for both individuals and groups* Provide clients with assertive case management including appropriate assessment, planning, coordination, linkage, delivery and advocacy of services for all assigned clients* Provide consultation to other programs as well as liaison services to outside agencies and families when needed*Qualifications of the Therapist** Masters degree in Social Work, Valid Licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW or LGPC), requirements may vary by team* Two to three years experience providing mental health services and addictions counseling.* Experience in individual, group and family therapy, case management and substance abuse treatment.)Our company offers a dynamic and collegial work environment, ongoing opportunities for professional growth, and generous benefits, including 3 weeks paid vacation, up to 500 hours of sick leave, 9 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays (bonus days).
