government forward! Position Overview The SAP ABAP Developer is
responsible for performing complex business and system analysis,
design, coding, and testing in support of current and future
enterprise application environments. This role translates customer
business requirements into detailed technical designs, develops SAP
ABAP solutions, and collaborates closely with SAP Functional
Consultants and client stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
with high?quality, scalable solutions. The SAP ABAP Developer
supports enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and custom
functionality across the SAP landscape, including modern SAP HANA
environments. Key Responsibilities Translate business and
functional requirements into detailed enterprise application
designs. Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client teams
to analyze alternatives and provide technical recommendations.
Prepare technical specifications, diagrams, logic flowcharts, and
documentation for SAP application modifications and installations.
Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions aligned
with enterprise needs. Develop and enhance RICEF objects (Reports,
Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Work with BAPIs,
BADIs, User Exits , and other enhancement frameworks. Develop
integrations with middleware systems such as MuleSoft , WebMethods
, or similar platforms. Perform advanced SAP ABAP development
optimized for SAP HANA environments. Support troubleshooting,
performance tuning, and continuous improvement of SAP custom
components. Collaborate with technical and functional teams
throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to development
standards and best practices. Required Qualifications Minimum
2?year degree and 5 years of SAP development experience , or 10
years of SAP development experience without a degree. Advanced
proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA . Experience with
BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits , and enhancement frameworks. Experience
integrating SAP with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or
WebMethods . Hands?on experience developing RICEF objects. Strong
analytical, problem?solving, communication, and documentation
skills. Ability to work collaboratively with functional consultants
and client stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with
SAP Core Data Services (CDS) . Experience with SAP Application
Interface Framework (AIF) . Experience with SAP Document Compliance
(eDocument) . Familiarity with federal or compliance?driven IT
environments. Eligibility Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen (no
dual citizenship allowed). Active Q?level or Top Secret (TS)

based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York,
Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of
Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations
is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal
Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but
not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of
