Job Description Job Description Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Technician / HVAC Installer to install residential as well as light commercial heating and air conditioning systems in the Williamstown, NJ area. This position also manages the installation crew and helps with the communication of projects between our customers and our office. Our installers typically work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional overtime. We pay our Lead HVAC Technicians / HVAC Installers a competitive wage of $30 - $50/hour , depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives .
