At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Engineer in Philadelphia, PA / Camden, NJ The ideal candidate will have: 4-7 Years of Manufacturing engineering Strong understanding of manufacturing process, sequence of manufacturing events that take place, process improvement. ?Understand how manufacturing works? ? process sequence, timing studies, process improvements Well versed in excel Engaging/able to work closely with people Attention to detail Collaborative, works well with others Independently motivated/task oriented 4 year Bachelor's degree in engineering (relevant engineering degree) Work environment: 80 % on production floor/20% in office/desk Directly involved with the data of hours per unit for manufacturing floor, and then setting up new production units/lines in the Camden location. Well entuned with flow, methodologies, current state vs. future state. This is a 6-7 Month full time Contract or Contract to hire opportunity.
