We're specifically seeking candidates with an industrial engineering background, preferably with experience in paper or corrugated manufacturing environments. **LOCAL ONLY**Project Manager Responsibilities:Plan and develop project timelines.Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs, goals, and progress.Coordinate, manage, and drive project progress, including tracking and reporting.Conduct research to understand all facets of the project.Perform administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, phone calls, emails, meetings).Complete assigned tasks efficiently.Project Involvement:Manufacturing process improvementsNew equipment and production line installationsEquipment modifications and improvementsEquipment relocationFacility enhancements, alterations, and new constructionCompetencies:Highly organized and adept at multitasking.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication.Comfortable speaking in front of groups.Independent worker.
