Job Description We are seeking an Integrated Program Planning Sr
Team Member for the Enterprise Operations team, responsible for
Program Planning on the 1LMX Program inclusive of cross Enterprise
project management coordination. This high impact team member
provides planning/scheduling support across the enterprise program
planning teams for the 1LMX Program. The person administers the
schedule baseline in OpenPlan. The role collaborates with all 1LMX
Product Planners to provide overall program support and analysis
and utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive
actions resulting in improved program performance. The position
conducts weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events
and generates program planning artifacts for distribution to
audiences at all levels of the company including executive briefs.
The Integrated Program Planning Sr Team Member is a self-starter
and independent thinker supporting an integrated team across the
enterprise to ensure successful 1LMX program execution and
performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value
Management system. This position has shared responsibility for
schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in
weekly/monthly variance analysis. The team member operates
Microsoft Excel advanced tools productively and understands Agile
backlog management and the alignment of Agile execution with EVM
techniques. Preferred work location is at or within close proximity
to a major LM site in the U.S Interested candidates can anticipate
an approximate 10% travel requirement. Basic Qualifications •
Demonstrated experience with Open Plan, Microsoft Excel advanced,
and PM Compass • Experience analyzing Schedules and generating and
reporting Schedule Metrics • Experience interfacing and developing
strong relationships with Stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal
skills and proven ability to work well in team environment •
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management skills, integrated
cost/schedule management • Experience with the program management
execution processes – development and management of execution
schedules • Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to solve
complex problems Desired skills • Experience with Agile Program
Execution monitoring and reporting • Experienced user of Integrated
Cost Schedule Management and Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS)
management • Working knowledge of dashboarding and data analytics
tools like Tableau and VIPER • Experienced in identifying risk
mitigation and/or opportunity in schedule and cost performance •
Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional
responsibilities as needed • Ability to work in a diverse,
fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines •
Willingness to champion 1LMX Transformation within Planning

Ability to work remotely Full-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work remotely full time at a
location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.
Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic
meetings. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
