Leasing Consultant Full-time Capitol Heights, MD Salary: $22-24 per hour Are you customer-focused, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative with prior leasing experience for a 197-unit residential apartment community located in Capitol Heights, MD (Highland Ridge). Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain a professional demeanor Marketing/ Outreach Lease apartments Property tours Resident retention Renewing contracts Data entry Assisting with day-to-day operations Answering phone/ emails We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred.
