We are excited to announce we are hiring for a Master Nail Tech : Job Duties (1) Cleaning, shaping, and polishing fingernails, and toenails. (2) Specializes in the application and maintenance of artificial nails, such as acrylic, pink and white acrylic, gel nails, designs, and nail art. (3) Provide basic hand and foot treatments. such as exfoliation, masks, paraffin wax treatments, moisturizing, massage. (4) Applying nail extensions or overlays, repairing damaged nails. (5) Educate clients on nail care, including nail care techniques and tips for maintaining healthy nails and preventing nail damage. (6) Sanitizing and maintaining workstations, cleaning and disinfecting tools, and equipment. (7) Mentoring entry-level or junior level technicians, supervising and overseeing their work, ensure adherence of safety and sanitation standards. (8) Assisting with salon operations and customer service. We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity as we seek to hire a Master Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch nail care services to our valued clients. Your primary duties will include precisely cleaning, shaping, and polishing both fingernails and toenails. You will also have the chance to showcase your expertise in the application and maintenance of various types of artificial nails, including acrylic, pink and white acrylic, and gel nails. Additionally, you will be able to express your creativity through nail designs and nail art. Moreover, your role will extend to offering basic hand and foot treatments, which encompass exfoliation, masks, and soothing paraffin wax treatments. A crucial part of your responsibilities will involve applying nail extensions or overlays and repairing any damaged nails. Educational aspects of the job will also be integral, as you will guide clients on effective nail care techniques and valuable tips for maintaining healthy nails and preventing damage. Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace is vital, and you will be tasked with sanitizing and managing your workstations, alongside cleaning and disinfecting tools and equipment. As a Master Nail Tech, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior-level technicians, providing supervision and ensuring they adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Furthermore, your role will include assisting with overall salon operations and delivering excellent customer service. Salary/Compensation: $38,938 per year
