COOP / Continuity Specialist Role Summary The COOP Specialist ensures mission continuity by developing, maintaining, and testing Continuity of Operations Plans. Key Responsibilities Develop COOP plans aligned with DoD MA requirements Conduct COOP tests and tabletop exercises Maintain documentation and recovery procedures Advise leadership on continuity risks and gaps Qualifications 5 years of continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience planning experience Knowledge of DoD COOP and MA requirements Strong documentation and coordination skills Active Secret clearance *Position contingent on contract win.
