We are seeking experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and Senior Project Managers with a strong background in managing large-scale data center projects valued at $150 million or more. This is a unique opportunity to lead massive data center builds across multiple locations, including Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Manassas, Virginia; and Frederick, Maryland. Client Details We are seeking experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and Senior Project Managers with a strong background in managing large-scale data center projects valued at $150 million or more. This is a unique opportunity to lead massive data center builds across multiple locations, including Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Manassas, Virginia; and Frederick, Maryland. Candidates must be open to frequent travel, with a focus on 100% traveler staffing for this approximately 18-month assignment. Due to the critical nature and size of the projects, candidates with a stable recent work history and justifiable reasons for any major job changes are preferred. Description Responsibilities for the Data Center- Project Manager, Superintendent, Sr. PM Lead and manage complex, high-value data center construction projects Coordinate teams across multiple locations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations Manage project documentation and reporting Profile Responsibilities for Data Center- Project Manager, Superintendent, Sr. PM candidates Proven experience managing large-scale data center projects over $150 million Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in PM, Superintendent, or Senior PM roles Willingness and ability to travel to Iowa, Virginia, and Maryland regularly Stable employment record with clear reasons for any major job changes Extensive building and construction knowledge Job Offer Compensation PMs & Superintendents: Base salary up to $180,000 Senior Project Managers: Base salary up to $230,000 10% travel incentive on base salary $1,000 monthly travel allowance $2,500 monthly living allowance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
