Job Description:
A global manufacturing company with a U.S. office in Doylestown,
PA is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join their small but
dynamic finance team. If you’re looking for a hands-on role with
variety, autonomy, and the chance to grow under experienced
leadership, this could be the right fit for you. In this role,
you’ll handle day-to-day accounting responsibilities while also
supporting cost and inventory tracking for a specialized product
line that includes machinery, service work, and spare parts. You’ll
collaborate closely with technical, service, and logistics teams to
ensure financial accuracy across operations. What You’ll Do: ? Own
key accounting functions: journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR,
and monthly close ? Maintain accurate inventory and cost records
for spare parts and project-based equipment ? Process vendor
invoices and manage customer payments ? Assist with internal
reporting and budget tracking ? Contribute to process improvements
and support audit/tax activities ? Work cross-functionally to
ensure financial data reflects operational reality What We’re
Looking For: ? 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in
manufacturing or industrial environments ? Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field ? Experience with cost
accounting and inventory tracking strongly preferred ? Familiarity
with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills
? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you like finding
answers and keeping things accurate ? A collaborative mindset and
