Our client, a financial institution, is urgently seeking a temporary Member Services Representative to support their Rockville, MD team until October! Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to current, potential, and former members, and responding promptly and professionally to all communications. Support member questions and resolve member issues utilizing relevant knowledge. Cross-sell products or services to match customer needs and process requests such as address changes, statement printouts, etc. Assist with branch balancing and perform daily balancing. Support finance and accounting tasks, including reconciliations and resolving account issues, and manage reports. Qualifications: 1 years of customer service experience is required. Experience with cash handling and in retail banking or a financial institution is highly desired. Exceptional technical savviness with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands. Demonstrated ability to resolve requests and issues professionally, with strong problem-solving skills. Position Information: $22/hr-$23/hr, depending on experience. Temporary position lasting until October. Starting ASAP! Hours are 8:45am-5:15pm. 100% onsite in Rockville, MD.
