This role will manage a small team of five, serve in M&A buyer side partnerships, multiple (5) P&Ls, and be heavily integrated into financial analytics and reporting of the organization. Why join us? Job Details MUST HAVE Full understanding of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 Bachelor’s degree required, CPA a plus 7-10 years of related experience required 5 years of Manager experience required Understanding of how to handle M&A Activities, such as Opening/Closing Balance Sheet Preparations, Earnouts, and NWC. Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written Proficient in Excel (must be able to create advanced formulas) Must have a strong ability to be able to analysis a P&L statement and Balance Sheet Familiarity with NetSuite highly recommended Experience with Procurify (or like systems), FP&A software’s, and Concur a plus Interested in hearing more?
