Excellent benefits 401K match Career growth Bonus and Stock Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes related to fixed assets, project costs, and lease accounting. Act as the primary accounting point of contact for the company’s lease portfolio and the associated third-party lease management system. Perform monthly account reconciliations for construction-in-progress and lease-related accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Help design and enhance end-to-end processes for fixed asset and project accounting. Support asset readiness efforts by using SAP project systems to transfer assets under construction into the company’s fixed asset registry. Record asset acquisitions and disposals in alignment with company capitalization policies and U.S. GAAP, in consultation with the technical accounting group. Work closely with departments to verify proper invoice coding and perform cost reporting quality checks. Prepare and submit audit documentation requests and other external reporting deliverables. Calculate and record asset retirement obligations and assist with accounting for asset impairments and obsolescence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3 years’ relevant accounting experience CPA certification Familiarity with ASC 842 SAP knowledge Interested in hearing more?
